Attorney Cantarella graduated with Honors from Western New England College School of Law in Springfield, MA in 1994, making Law Review and winning the American Jurisprudence Award in Torts. He was admitted to the MA bar in 1994 and the CT bar in 1995. Attorney Cantarella earned his MBA from the University of Connecticut in 2007 and holds a Bachelors of Art in Finance from the University of Massachusetts, 1989.
Attorney Cantarella has been in private practice since 2008. He is an astute attorney deeply knowledgable in risk management, risk assessment and litigation cost containment, and has more than 20 years of experience in the areas of Personal Injury, Workers Compensation, Labor Law, Real Estate, Family Law, Criminal Law and DUI. Attorney Cantarella is a Board Certified Workers Compensation Specialist and has extensive trial level experience and success.
Prior to entering private practice, Attorney Cantarella successfully launched and managed the Connecticut law office of Adelson Testan and Brundo. In his role as defense counsel there and at the law offices of D'Attelo and Shields, Attorney Cantarella successfully represented and defended insurance companies and employers over a span of seven years. As someone with keen knowledge and expertise representing insurance companies and employers, Attorney Cantarella has a unique knowledge and understanding of claims and cases from both sides, and is able to leverage that position and ability to achieve success.
Attorney Cantarella has served as a presenter and speaker for the Connecticut Bar Association on continuing legal education issues on many occasions. He is considered to be an expert in matters of Workers Compensation.
